"I discussed a situation with this customer service person and disappointedly accepted the outcome, after sharing some of my disappointment (i missed a promotion on an item by 2 days! :-( ) I experienced genuine empathy and ultimately they resolved it. The next time I need some hardware, instead of disappointment as my last experience, I have this compassion to recall instead. Instead of hoping to find it somewhere else, I'll hope to find it at newegg. I really wish other companies and corporate policies "got it" the way Bri does. Thanks newegg for empowering your people to impress your customers!"

Outstanding customer service.

"For the past few months I have been struggling to diagnose and resolve an issue with a GPU product that was sold to me through Newegg earlier this year. After weeks and months of searching for anyone else with the issue and trying their solutions and some back and forth with various representatives from a few companies I was instructed to call Newegg's help number to start a return. There's a very fun virtual assistant that tried but ultimately needed to forward me to the sweetest woman I've ever heard in my life and she took care of everything. Thank you Jacqueline. You're the best."

NewEgg has definitely improved since being criticized by me and other YouTubers

"I'm not saying it's 100% nowadays. There are still scammers selling on NE, the company is still owned by Chinese people who are required to report all data back to the CCP, and they don't seem to do much about inaccurate listings. However, I haven't had any problems and some of the things I order arrive faster than products from Amazon. LOL! Of course, things from China take quite a while, and some of the prices aren't as competitive as I'd like, and the deals alerts I get are usually for expensive stuff that I'm not going to buy. Sales can sometimes provide really good opportunities to buy things, tho!"

"In receiving the package it was in excellent condition. My one and only complaint is that this Gunai GN 68 came with absolutely no instructions on assembly nor did it have an operating manual. I find this to be very strange in that if a person was to have an accident for sure a lawsuit would prevail. Other than that very happy. Many thanks. "
