"Don't shop with neweggflash. When placing my order, I chose the 5-7 shipping option. AFTER I placed the order, I received an email saying it would take 1-3 days to "process" because it was a "marketplace" order -- then 5-7 additional for shipping. Maybe they should indicate that before allowing the buyer to confirm the purchase?! Since the item was a holiday gift, that made my purchase useless. Tried to cancel immediately; customer service just isn't service at all. I was told I could send it back (at my own expense) when I received the item. Useless and frustrating. Go anywhere else. Not worth saving the money."

Simply put, I never received the item I ordered from Newegg Flash, and I was told to request a refund from a seller in China. Excuse me while I laugh, dryly. It cost me some money to find out that Neweggflash wants to emulate the success of Amazon Marketplace, but without backing up any of the products. Fool me once: shame on you.
