Easy resolution when cancelling an order. Great phone rep.

"Ordered 4 products, and removed 1 out of my cart as I found a better version of the 1 product. Paid and upon looking at paid receipt, the item I thought I removed, it didn't remove and I paid for it. I immediately cancelled the item through the seller, and phoned Newegg.ca this morning to make sure it was cancelled. All good and my refund for the 1 product on the way. In this circumstance I found it to be an easy and fair process. The 3 products are my first order from this company, so now I'll see how it goes after I receive the products. "

Indeed a good a service

"I received the product in few days and i was completely satisfied by the quality of laptop i received. Also it was just a part missing in fact the newegg service agent Tony resolved it by letting me purchase the part and giving me a refund of the same amount and also $20 off on next purchase. That was really great. Thank you newegg."

4-5 months life for laptop

"laptop only lasted 4-5 months; battery shot, won't charge. bought as Christmas present;

1st they said should be able to give refund.
Then After lots of runaround, now they say no warranty, can't help one bit...
