"I have always found Newegg.ca to be a store worthy of good ratings. I have purchased thousands of dollars of merchandise from them including televisions and Polk speakers. My only beef with the store is that if you order 12 of something, like a compact flash card, and the shipping for one is $4.99, then the shipping for 12 is almost $60. For this reason, I could not purchase such items from them, and had to find other suppliers. I will still purchase from Newegg.ca, but the criteria required for me to buy always seems to boil down to shipping costs. Their prices and selection are great."

I recently placed an order with some ddr2 memory included.
Unfortunately, the Motherboard that this memory was destined for...died.
So I was now stuck with redundant memory, and I still needed to fulfill my build.

"Impeccable, just impeccable. I had an issue with my side panel fan on my case and without hesitation I contacted NewEgg because I am so confident in their service and they quickly offered to take in the whole case. Due to me being a first time builder and lack of time, I requested enough to purchase a new fan and they offered $10 in credit, I needed $20 to pay for this fan and I replied back and let them know that and promptly agreed and are sending out my payment back. Newegg is such a flexible company that is here to help you meet your needs, and quickly they were met. As a first time builder, putting it together was harsh and to find out I had to send it all back would be even worse to do it again! WIth this new fan, I'll some unscrews and rescrews and voila!
