"Newegg was the first online company I used, and definitely holds the best for ordering anything online in Canada. The first thing I noticed was Interac Online support. Thanks to Interac Online, I was able to order a product online for the very first time, and will help many groups of people, such as those without a credit card, or are too scared to get one. Personally, I think Interac Online should be support on all merchants, as it is simple to use, and prevents fraud.

Product (DVD burner) was received in 4 days (weekends don't count), and it was wrapped perfectly in bubble wrap. No damage at all, and worked perfectly. Newegg does have some of its products located in Canada itself (which lowers shipping by about $3 - $5), most of their items are located elsewhere (average shipping price of $10). Their daily deals, and Shell Shocker deals are insanely low priced, and they occasionally have holiday-themed sales. This is definitely a great place for computer hobbyists, and geeks alike. "I received a refurb television with 1-3 dead pixels grouped about 5 inches in from the corner.
The NewEgg rep first reminded me that this was a refurb ... but when I said that refurb does not imply dead pixels an RMA was offered.
Because the weekend was at hand, I invited a friend over and we we watched the television - both of us completely forgot that the dead pixels were present; and thouroughly enjoyed the experience.
I decided to cancel the RMA and thank NewEgg, as the price / value was the best I could have dreamed of. In return, they offered a small gift to acknowledge that things were not perfect.

"Gotta say, nothing to complain about. I've gotten some bum products from them, but they were defects that may or may not be accepted as defects at some stores. Newegg has been good about accepting them back and issuing full refunds for them, with pretty good turnaround times.
