"i cancelled my order because they gave me 5 days of grief trying to communicate with them they said that my adress did not match the card that i gave them, i contacted my card witch is American Express and nothing was wrong, maybe its because it was writen in french i dont know because nobody wanted to tel me
this is funny because i used the same card with B and H in new york for about 15 years and buying approx 5000.00 dollars worth of goods i never had a single problem with the same card
it was imposible to talk to there verification department to try and fix the problem and the only thing they could say was its going to take another 48 hours
somebody from newegg called me yesterday but it was too late i had already cancelled my order
all that grief for a 30.00 dollards used processor no thank you and now i will use everything at my disposal to give them the publicity they deserve

"I bought a product from them. It was incompatible, part their fault, part my fault (should have checked). I returned it, but I was hit with a little restocking fee, which is ok. The customer service was great. I suggest the online chat, as it is the quickest way. They payed for the shipping back to them.

"I order some computer hardwares from Newegg.ca on Oct 22. The parcel arrived in 3 days. Everything is carefully packed. When I found I bought a wrong CPU and contacted them to return it, the customer service was able to reply me within the same day. They gave me shipping label to return it which is nice.
The only small issue is that the shipping is not free, and they sometimes charge shipping fee twice (2x$14) for a single order because the hardwares are shipped from different locations...
Other than that, I am happy with Newegg.ca."

They gladly gave me a RMA to return the unit, I shipped on a friday afternoon and within a week, I received a new breadmaker with all the accessories. "*** INCREDIBLE COMPANY, !!!*** I had an issue with a purchase that was partly due to a system hiccup and partly due to a problem on my end with the credit card company`s shipping address that was on file.
I was expecting to get into a battle over the issue and was prepping my self for a long fight..as you may expect when dealing with some faceless internet stores but THIS..was not the case. I have NEVER had better customer service then what I received from Newegg and that includes service from 5 star hotels or 5 star restaurants. This is how in a perfect world ALL businesses would be run.
I was helped by a fellow who goes by Freddy, I cant even do justice to the effort he put into making things right and stay on schedule and how great it felt to have someone truly care about fixing an error and doing it in a way that was not only inhumanly fast but for the first time ever I have a new respect for the people behind the screen of an online business. :)
This was my first purchase with them, and with what could have been a bad experience like dealing with a lot of online sites I have in the past this issue ended up cementing my admiration for the folks that run this company and their attention to customer service in an age were most companies cut corners and customer service is first to go.

"I made a large order with Newegg and they subsequently split it into two seperate orders for processing. One order went through just fine and shipped within 3 business days, however, the other order did not. I inquired and was told that it had been randomly selected to go through the "entire" processing phase. In the end, it was voided because of a missed phone-call after trying to sort out the situation. Dissapointed, I contacted Newegg and they kindly took it upon themselves to ensure that my order was processed with the same speed as an express shipment when it wasn't one. This was to ensure that my order arrived in a similar timeframe compared with my original order. In addition, a representative contacted me and personally worked on my order to ensure that it shipped out as soon as possible and that I experienced no further difficulties. So after the problem with my first order, Newegg handled the next order as if it were express (withought paying for it) and ensured that it was processed with what can only be described as VIP status. I am extremely impressed with the customer service that they demonstrated and would both shop again with Newegg and recommend anyone else I know to shop from Newegg as well. I have had a wonderful experience with them because they are willing to work with you to ensure that you are satisfied even after there is a problem with an order. Thank you very much Newegg! "
