"I was able to quickly make a account, order my products in a matter of 10 minutes. The savings on Newegg.ca allowed me to get the best computer parts for my buck and saved me about 50 dollars compared to other stores in my area. When i had questions about my order both internet chat and phone service was fast, simple and extremely helpful. My first order was a shock and arrived in only 2 days! Overall i would recommend Newegg.ca to any of my friends and family. I now know where I will be doing all my computer shopping from now on. Thank You Newegg."

"i buy about $2000 a month of stuff from this site. sure sometimes it's not the cheapest. but it is #1 in customer service and overall website layout. easy to navigate. and there are a ton of reviews on products so you know what to avoid and what to get. i highly recommend this website for anyone looking to buy CPU related stuff!"

"Must pick my jaw up off the floor - I simply cannot believe how FAST this order arrived. I ordered it late, LATE Sunday night, possibly even the wee hours of Monday morning, and it arrived two hours ago - Tuesday afternoon. Exactly as ordered, a great price for a hard drive that is so far working exactly as promised.
Very well-packaged in a very solid box and extra-large bubble wrap and styrofoam - no way anything was getting near this hard drive while it was in transit.
Needless to say, I am EXTREMELY pleased.

"A long time ago I purchased a computer case and it arrived showing signs of use. I had some trouble with customer support at first (no reply). However, when this matter was brought to the attention of a superior customer service person he quickly offered to refund the whole transaction and said that I could keep the computer case aforementioned.

I think that's pretty damn good customer service.

"I received a defective mouse and I filed for a return. Initially, I was charged restocking fee, handling fee, shipping fee and etc but they completely waived it off for me when I talked to chat support.

They are extremely efficient and very friendly. I really recommend newegg to anyone looking for electronics, computer hardware etc. They have a really great selection, great return policy and an efficient system for sending items out.

"I recently ordered a new camera and memory card from Newegg.ca. The process for placing the order we easy and everything looked good to go. Tracking the processing of my order was also quite easy on-line. After a couple of days, my order was still being processed so I called their 1-800 number. The person on the line was obviously new and I could hear her talking with the person training her. I was put on hold and informed that my order would be processed later that day. The next day I checked and it was still being processed. I went onto their chat help and was connected almost instantly. Maverick was the person who came on-line and within 20 seconds was able to get my order out of processing and I received an e-mail with a tracking number. I still have not received my order, but it has been shipped within the last 24 hours. I'll post if there is anything new to update. At this point, I would definitely use Newegg.ca to order other items. Their chat help was excellent."

"Very satisfied with the price and customer service, although I came across a couple of impolite representatives.

One suggestion for those who care about shipping speed. DO NOT USE UPS FOR SHIPPING!!!I bought a laptop, which was shipped from NJ, and it took UPS 3 days to handle it at the border, and it even cost more money than Purolator.

"I am editing this rating from very unsatisfied to satisfied. I received this product on Monday and had to wait for my daughter to get home before I can hook it up. She helped me to connect this computer and now it's running normally. I haven't test out any programs but I will let her do the work.

Thanks to maverick for helping me resolve my issue with newegg.ca and I greatly appreciate his effort.

I m very upset with Newegg.ca I've purchased a few things before from Newegg.com when I was in USA and they have been fine and successful. However, Newegg.ca has been a NIGHTMARE for me.

First of all, the processing time was delayed and there were some problem with my credit card verification, I received NO email nor phone calls and I had to call in to find out what was up.

Now, I had some problem concerning the shipping, and every e-mail I wrote to customer support has been completely disregarded. I also tried contacting live and phone, no answer given.

I spent 2200 on this desktop computer and now I m not even getting it and don't know where it's at.

I m very upset and will continue to try to get to them through live/email/phone.

P.S: I know it's only been 3 days, but I really dislike how the customer support does not respond to ANY of my emails. I've been told about 5 different answers everytime I try to contact them through livechat/phone.

"I picked up this Rosewill [N] Router: 3 antennae
and THE WORKS - as I was very happy with one
I got about a year ago with 1 antenna.
To set it up i called the Rosewill 1-800 toll-free support line and got my call back quickly. quite surprised that the Tech-Guy said this device was faulty (I actually thought HE was *lol*), I undid everything he had me do - (I sure think he was drunk or on heavy Tranquilizers 'cuz he was slurring a LOT!) but, as per his advise, called / logged on, actually - to egg for an RMA from Newegg.ca - and once again...

I was so very impressed with NEW EGG SERVICE - it is the BET BAR NONE - TRULY! The RMA was set up so fast, that when Libby asked me if there was anything else I needed - (All in the IM/Chat utility) All I coudl think of is that I wish the rest of thew wold worked as well as they do at NEW EGG! They're the best!

and I have 4 Rosewill Items and they are all excellent too - Wireless Router , Fax device and other stuff! All are made very well and work fine,
so I think the Tech support Guy was 'NOT WORKING PROPERLY!' However, I am RMA'ing it and NEW EGG is FANTASTIC - I hope when I get my replacement I will not get this guy when I call again! *lol* Luckiy, I'm Dyslexic so I can understand slurred Mumbling speech! *lol*

NB: New Egg covers the cost of the RMA via UPS, WOW!!!

"Shipping was extremely quick. I placed my order on a Saturday and received it on Tuesday.
The item was defective and I did a live chat with a representative. Without going into detail, I was offered a credit or replacement without having to return the defective item because of its low cost. Needless to say, I was very satisfied with my experience with Newegg.ca.
