"I ordered an item, and the tracking number shows it has been sitting in a location in Jamica, NY for 10 days. The tracking number says that it has not been given to USPS. TEN DAYS what in the h*** is wrong with these people,if you call customer service you get an automated run around then they hang up on you. I am serious considering report them and the seller to the Consumer Protection agency. This passes ridiculous by so far it is ridiculous. Their is absolutely NO Excuse for this type of company to be allowed to continue doing business. This product affects my health and I wouldn't have ordered it if I didn't need it. They could have driven it down here by car and I would have gotten it a week ago. I am wondering. if there is the any way to sue these people for some reason. I would have rated them 0 but that wasn't possible. I can't believe that this type of disrespect for customers even goes on!!!!"
"What a joke this company is. My package sat in Brooklyn for two weeks before going anywhere and now it has been bouncing around Kentucky, Illinois and Indiana. I am in Ohio. Why the hell is it going from IL to IN and then to KY, when I am a three hour drive from where it is?
Below is the status of my package that I was supposed to have two weeks ago. If you ship with Newgistics, you're a fool. And don't waste your time trying to contact them. There is no way. There website doesn't have a corporate number or an option to send them a message. That alone should be a warning sign.

"Package was sat on in their warehouse in Hebron, KY for a week; it started shipping the day after the week-long range delivery estimate expired, but no fear, they just moved that back another week. For a two day delivery via ups or usps. Sat and continue to sit on package after first and only movement -- significantly west of ky, as I'm to the east. BS about "privacy issues" between them and your vendor, even though *you* paid for the shipping "service."
Their job is clearly to nail down contracts -- from what I've read, Victoria's Secret as well as my vendor, myprotein -- rather than actually deliver packages. Myprotein lists identical usps options for shipping, careful not to note who allegedly moves the package to them, so I'm tanking myprotein right after this review; if you can suss out who is actually moving your package, I'd avoid any and all usps intermediaries at any cost, especially newgistics."
"Parasite shipping company.
Newgistics will take your order, ship it at 1/3 the speed of USPS across America, and then deliver your package to USPS to actually deliver your order. They're completely useless and incredibly slow. Why would you pay extra for a company to ship your order SLOWER than USPS, but then use USPS to deliver your order? Why not save your money and time and just use USPS? It doesn't make any sense.
I had an order take 8 days to travel from California to Illinois. For three of those days, my order was held at one of their locations literally 20 minutes from my house, and about 20 minutes from the post office. Newgistics claims it took their driver over 24 hours to drive 20 minutes. That's not a joke. Why would you pay for this scam? The only thing they do is take your money and waste your time.
I you need a company to charge you extra to hold your order for days until they're prepared to take 24 hours to drive 20 minutes, Newgistics is your company. I can't believe I'm saying this, but it's cheaper and faster just to use the USPS.
