"The customer service was poor. I had to call to arrange a returns label after requesting it via email and the email stated send it to the address on the invoice which would cost me. When I called I was told it was sent and it hadn't been as I was told to send it back to the address it was sent from. It was sent to me eventually and the email said "here you go". I expected better customer service!"

"I paid extra for my parcel to be delivered quickly to my home address. I received notice to say the time it was going to be delivered, and as I was at work, I requested the parcel to be left with a neighbour. I then received notice to say as I wasnt in, they couldnt deliver my parcel so I rearranged it for the next day to be delivered to my work address. I received notification the next day that my parcel would be delivered between 8-9pm, which of course I wouldnt be at work at that time so I asked for it to be rearranged again to my home address the next day and left somewhere safe. Again I received notification that they were unable to leave my parcel so I had to rearrange it yet again and this time I choose for it to be delivered to Matalan on the Saturday and I collected it myself. It took 5 days until I was able to get my parcel. Your system seems good being able to say if you are home or not and request a change but if the person making the deliveries doesnt receive the requests or changes, or actions them, then whats the point!"
