"I ordered a medium from their site and got sent a large. When this was pointed out they then informed me they they didn't have a medium. They did send me a return label and refund but it meant I had to reorder from elsewhere and so didn't get the item when I initially needed it.
Whilst I understand that mistakes happen I can only judge and score on the experience I had.
