"I placed an order for 2 swim bags on sunday evening for my grand children, it said 3-5 days for one colour, and 3 weeks for the other. One turned up on tuesday morning, and the one that was going to be 3 weeks, arrived yesterday!! I then re order another one for myself, and that was less than 2 days from ordering , that it to arrived. I have never heard of the company before, but will definately use the company again, and recommend them to others. The packages arrived in really good condition, very well packed. When I called to question the lack of delivery, I talked to a very helpful member of staff who resolved the issue by offering a different colour. Item now scheduled for delivery 2 working days later. An email to explain the lack of stock and the option to change colour would have helped."

Chased after a week and now told that they are not in stock for another 2 weeks so my delivery will be late. They have also taken my money which is wrong when the product is not in stock and had not been despatched or even communicated. Would never shop here again"
