"The wrong item was sent. I emailed in and was told to provide proof of the incorrect items so they could send the correct ones out. Once having proved that the wrong item was sent out I was told to send the incorrect ones back before being able to receive the correct ones. The item was purchased as a gift and I didn't get the correct item and was very disappointed with the service "
