"When my delivery didn't go as planned (DPD fault, not Newitts) Newitts really did all they could to rectify. They were efficient, polite, understanding and friendly throughout. I had a named person to contact by phone or email and they emailed and phoned when they said they would. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. "

"Having ordered 25 x Nike size 5 training balls whilst in the sale the usual order confirmation was received, Invoice and then shipping information for the 21st July.
Anticipating a large box that couldn't get through the letter box I arrange to be at home on the 21st and although it had seemed to be a waste of time, I received an eMail (and SMS) at 18:14 stating the parcel would be delivered between 19:13 and 20:13. Hard working I thought, I was wrong, they never even attempted to deliver it, never acknowledged it wouldn't be delivered, obviously don't have a curtious eMail / SMS option to inform you it wont be delivered so you don't make unnecessary arrangements for the parcel to be received!
Next I receive is a SMS on the 24th July, with a delivery time and the parcel is delivered, no acknowledgement, no apologies and when I enquired as to why the delivery wasn't attempted on Friday, the courier explained it was due to DPD employing contractors and they were lazy bar stewards!
Not a good delivery service which spoils the overall product and deters me from recommending Newitts and using them more often."
