"Goods arrived very quickly and on arrival of the parcel, I was happy, initially. But on opening the post, I soon realised that I was sent the wrong size; miles too large, it was also not in the colour I expected it to be. I knew I had to return the goods but the bill did not contain any details on getting in touch with the company other than the phone number, it did not have any details enclosed, on how to return goods. I rung Newitts to ask them about how to return the goods and was told over the phone that this could only be done via email, although there was no email details, other than getting back on to the internet.
My email was responded to very fast indeed and I was sent three emails with with a returns' reference code and only the fourth email and a follow up phone call by Newitts, made it clear that I was to use the code sent in the fourth email. The parcel is in the post, the goods on their way back to Newitts, and I am waiting for my money back.
