"Extremely disappointed having placed the order over a week ago and still not been received. Called Newitts this morning to be told that it has to be paid in full before they will dispatch. Surely a simple email or phone to call advise this would have been expected, especially when placing the order I was asked to add to account and be invoiced. The goods were required and now won't be here on time. When I called staff were not apologetic and didn't seen bothered I was going to cancel the order. Don't think I will use Newitts again!"
