"Goods ordered and told they were in stock - Payment taken and then on the order confirmation, we find one of the items was not in stock and will be shipped in 2 weeks.....2 weeks have passed and still no goods to complete the order! Told they were back in stock on the 8th and now we find out they did come into stock, but there wasn't ample to cover all the back orders......... so, payment taken and still no stock and no date to when it will be in.

It is more like a 25 inch chest with dwarf length arms.
