However, when our order was confirmed, we were assured, (to our surprise), of next day delivery and an email the following morning giving a delivery time and a chance to alter this. Deliveries to the north of Scotland are usually +1 day and often passed on to a different carrier. You should know this and not make unrealistic promises."
