"Have used Newitts a number of times but this time they where let down by their delivery partner DPD. I paid for a next day delivery service which should have arrived with me on the 7th September. With little notice of a 1 hour slot we missed the delivery by 10 minutes and no attempt to leave with neighbour. Tried again to deliver on the 8th September with my wife in the house no attempt was made to deliver the parcel but just a card pushed through the door. Delivery was then arranged by them without consultation with me for the 16th September (even though I wanted it urgently) so I arranged for pick up at my local Pick up point on the 9th September. I went in twice on the 9th, once on the 10th and once on the 12th and no delivery taken place. Finally got through to someone on the 12th at 5pm to be told it was a computer glitch and no delivery had taken place. So One week later I am hopeful of picking this up tonight. Here's hoping"
