Unfortunately one of the footballs was faulty thus negating the saving I had made compared to the same product on other websites. Returning a single football and paying for postage was not a worthwhile option either.
In instances where one product is faulty for bulk orders, Newitts should have an on-trust return policy since the customer is retaining the majority of the order and only requesting a non-faulty replacement or partial refund. "
