"I don;t think so. Slides on laminate flooring, had to purchase underfloor mats (£37.00) and various tapes to help stabilise the mats. While working out, I slip on the top surface doing simple stretching exercises.
I tried Duct Tape, Packaging Tape, Masking Tape but they do not stick with any security to this product. Try it!
Then they say to me that it is not meant to be non-slip on laminate flooring even though this is nowhere to be found in the description. Not satisfied at all.
