"The Newitts part of the buying experience was great, with very speedy dispatch.
However DPD let them down. The delivery driver claimed he could not find the address. Know I know some places are hard to find but this parcel was heading for a major London hospital. A huge building with lots of road signs pointing towards it. Couldn’t find it???
Also as the deliver was scheduled for a Friday, it went back to the depot and was reattempted on the Monday. No message to say it failed. It was only by checking the tracking that I knew.
So 0/10 for DPD."
