It has always been yellow Yonex 300 shuttlecocks. I cannot recommend them more. It seems my club enjoys these most. They last for youngsters, who smash them as much as they like, whereas the seniors can follow them as they are not too fast.
The yellows are best as they provide the much needed brightness and contrasts for not so superbly lit council facilities and ageing eyesights(-:
