Due to recently being diagnosed with coeliac disease I have also been diagnosed with osteoporosis due to malabsorption. Need to build more muscle in core and hopefully at the same time also increase bone density (without taking meds!). After just one day of wearing the vest with 2lbs worth of weights I knew it was going to help. My posture is improved and I am not in pain. The vest feels like it is supporting me and is really comfortable. No one would know I have it on as it fits close to the body with adjustable sides. Will increase weight slowly over each couple of weeks to build up to a max of 10% of my body weight as directed. There are some great reviews of it on YouTube. Definitely made the right choice with product and retailer. Highly recommended."

"I would normally give 5 stars, as their service is super quick, i have no problems normally. I ordered 4 icepacks and 2 boxes of plasters, and they were all packaged with bubblewrap, but to my dismay one of the icepacks had unfortunatly decided to prematurely activate. But i know thats probably happened in transportation. And thats the only reason i have marked one star less than 5. I will still be using newitts again! :) "
