"Loved the swimsuit I ordered. Paying £4 for 5 day postage (it's a VERY lightweight item), I found that as a UK size 12 all over, ordering a Speedo size 14 was insufficient. The swimsuit was too small. I needed to order their 16 - a bit ridiculous for a branded product when I wear a 12 every day. Quibbling over return postage costs, they unwillingly sent me a free post label. I've reordered at cost £5. Overall, I felt it wasn't the best experience for a first shop I didn't feel very valued. But the delivery service was excellent. "
