"I ordered my item on 28/1/16 . I ordered at 2.30 and paid for next day delivery. The cut off time for next day was 3.30 (displayed on the site) so I was well in the time limit!

My item didn't turn up until 4 days later!!

I emailed on Friday 29th and no one replied! I had ordered the tape because I was in pain and needed it to get by teaching my classes!!

No one came back to me !! However I get an email to review !!!

I would like a refund for this or at least a refund for the next day delivery I paid for!"
