"Still waiting for an item I ordered 3 weeks ago. Firstly they sent me the wrong item, even though they tried to say it was what I ordered (turned out there was a problem with their site!!). They did say they would dispatch the correct item immediately. .....
Now I'm still waiting for the correct item - chased them up today to enquire as to where item is and apparently they don't have any in stock. They could have at least let me know! Going to have one disappointed young girl on Christmas day :-("
