"To start with I was given exellent service,I ordered some pool balls they arrived as stated,unfortunatly I had ordered the wrong ones.this is where the problems started,I ordered another set they sent them out in a black plastic sack with no protection for the box of balls they arrived with the bag split and balls rolling all around posties van,he was not happy and of course some balls were missing.Eventually some were found in the post depot.The situation is now resolved,but who would be silly enough to pack the items like that hence the low marking D.Price."
