"I wanted to purchase the best quality rounders equipment that is used by international players, but you do not stock WAFTSports rounders equipment. Superballs and superbats are used by almost all schools and all leagues anything else is for newcomers to the game. I know that this equipment is at a premium price but it is the best. Players in our league SYMRL almost fight to use a Superbat and the league only provides Superballs.
I would be interested to know if other top players and leagues agree?"
"First the Socks I wanted to buy were not in stock after making the order. They were a sale item so I understood and they phoned me straight away made a substitution just to a different colour which wasn't an issue.
The items were delivered surprisingly quickly which was good.
I wasn't completely happy with the quality of the socks but they were a little cheaper than the ones I normally get. You get what you pay for. Nothing wrong with service.
Will still do business with newitts in the future, I'll stick to the products / brands I know rather than trying to get a deal that sounds to good to be true. "

"Bought 8 balls, one of them didn't inflate. Paid for quick delivery and instructed via the DPD website and via note on door to leave parcel in garage. Parcel was left on open doorstep. Realise that's DPD's problem, but they are Newitts delivery agent so...
UPDATE - Newitts replaced the ball and looked into the delivery issue, very prompt and pleasing customer service, so have bumped up my review."

"I ordered a nike hoodie and I also order several different items from different retailers I gave it a week and all the other items I orderd had been delivered but I was still waiting for newits so I decied to email them which I got no response from then I went on to there site and opened chat which put me onto a member of staff from newits they said it hasn't been sent yet and could take upto 2 weeks so I replied well I would like to cancel my order she said no problem and cancelled it that was a week ago I'm still waiting for my refund to go back into my bank. Overall a really bad experience and I will never purchase from newits again "
