"My order did not arrive the day it was supposed to after taking time out from work to wait in all day it never showed up I payed extra for this servive. I even recieved a text on the morning to say it was in the van on its way . To then get a texture around 4:30 pm to say logg online as there had been a problem. Logged online on TNT and it said that the driver was unable to deliver no one home absolutely furious as this was not the case I was home all day as the contents were very important for my daughters therapy appointment the next day which was swim socks for hydro physiotherapy .
Anyway I rang TNT customer service explained situation the driver obviously couldn't be bothered as if he did miss my call he should of posted a card which he did not. The advisor told me I could drive to teeside airport depot to collect leaving me no choice and angry I agreed to collect it. Putting more costs in by fuel to travel there. After being unable to find the depot due to wrong info I rang teeside airport direct and explained that TNT customer enquiries gave me the wrong postcode. He then said he would do all his best to get me the parcel the next day. Which he did but overall. It was a day late , caused me a lot of frustration and resulting in missing a very important appointment with my child nevertheless the extra I paid for a faster delivery. Very disappointing "
