"my order was not delivered in spite of the fact i waited in for it. i was told that the courier had tried to deliver it but there was no one available and a note had been left. there was NO note. i had to travel to Thaxted, a twenty minute drive, to collect it myself.
although this is not the end of the world it was inconveneient and if i had been unable to drive would not have been possible. there didnt seem much poont in trying to have it delivered again"
