person on the phone quoted me. I had been very specific about what was needed and the
condition/quality of the rug. But the pick-up person came down in price significantly so I decided to go ahead with it. I asked if it would be returned to me in a condition and wrapped up to store for several months as I didn't want to put it down again until the cooler weather. It was just loosely wrapped in plastic which the delivery person cut open to show me the work, so I had to wrap it myself to put away. Now knowing what the situation is the next time I would use this company I would be much more specific about the price. But the rug is clean and that's the bottom line. So I am satisfied."
