Customer service reps were rude, and manager hung up after saying it was policy that they do not contact the customer to inform them of the situation. Our order was cancelled by request. They do not honor their same day shipping if ordered by 3PM. The manager also stated, it is standard that online companies do not stock items and do not normally ship same day even though they state it on their website... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! "
"I ordered a computer, software and a mouse. The computer was not in stock, even though the website said there were 7 in stock. Even though this was a major let down, the folks at customer service, Tina especially, were very helpful. She canceled that part of the order and the rest of the order came very quickly. I am very satisified with items I received, and the method of shipment. Again, the customer service was great, however the accounting part not so good. I am STILL waiting for the credit to hit my credit card, and I had to call 3 times to get them to actually run the credit through on nextdaypc's side of the fence. It took 2 days to post the charge, so I am giving them 2 days to post the credit from the time I received the email saying they confirmed the refund, I hope it comes soon. Overall, if the credit comes tomorrow, I rate them 9, but if accounting messed this up again, it will go down to a 4. Sorry Tina, you did your best, but getting a refund shouldn't be this hard. "

"I read up on the Optoma projector online and then sought out a competitive price from a company with high Customer Service Review marks, so I chose to buy from Nextday Network. After I'd placed my order I continued my online research and found some remarks about needeing an additional cable to attach the projector to a Notebook. I wrote an E-mail to NN and asked about including it in my purchase of that late evening before it shipped the next day. I quickly heard from Arthur the next morning and he said he'd found what he thought I needed and he could cancel my original transaction and add it to a new one without increasing the S & H. I received via E-mail accurate accountings of both my cancelled transactions and my new purchase, PLUS two additional notes of communication on the changes.
I received the cable about a 5 days (including the weekend) and it appears to be of excellent quality, with a heavy duty sheath,connector, etc. Looks GREAT! I looked at the shipping invoice and it only showed the cable, so I fired off a quick E-mail with a question about whether it was a mistake...or were the two items being shipped under separate cover?
I promptly received a confirmation about it being shipped from two locations. The I waited...about a week. After that amount it time I contacted NextDay Network and inquired about my delivery and was placed with Tina. She looked up my Transaction and told me that UPS said they'd attempted delivery 3 days in a row and no one was home and theat the package was being returned back to the Shipper. I knew that wasn't true OR they weren't leaving any form of notice stating they'd attempted delivery. I then remembered having a UPS driver show up about 6:30 one evening saying their computer mis-read my address and sent it on a completely different route 3 days in a row and IF he hadn't come way out of his way to deliver it that night it would have been returned. I shared my previous experience with Tina, she re-configured my address and took down both of my phone numbers so UPS could phone me and we moved on.
I received the package well packed and in perfect condition the next week! I'm confident, because Tina took the time to "get it right" and make sure it arrived at my home this time. Although I experienced some "bumps in the road" of my deliveries, NextDay did a fantastic job of communicating with me on evey step and followed through even when things (out of their control) went awry! I'll gladly do business with them again!"

"I was notified in my status that all items in my order were delivered. However, 3 of the items have not arrived yet. When I called NextDayPC, they did inform me that the product was not shipped yet and they would provide me with a tracking number. I have not received any notice that the drives has been shipped. I also don't feel it should take 9 business days for hard drives to be shipped within the US. It would be better if they provided better tracking when they are shipping multiple packages."
