"I made the following complaint to the BBB about this company. they are members of the BBB. I have since received a responce from the company denieing that they lied to me. I have informed the BBB that I would not accept their explanation.....The orriginal complaint is as follows.......
On 12-5-05 i ordered a ring for my wife for Christmas. Order # W0110204, 1 12895 06 DIAMONDAURA RING SIZE 6 99.95 + shipping total=$113.90
On 12-12-05, I checked the status of the order online. It indicated a back order and an expected ship date of 12-23-05, since this would not arrive before Christmas I emailed customer service to confirm this, I was emailed back saying this was the case. On 12-13-05 I called the company to either cancel or substitute a product that was in stock I substituted... 13848 06 - VIOLETS IN THE SNOW ring SIZE 6.(they said there was 9 in their warehouse). This was the same price. I was told that it would go out within two days. I checked the online status of the order on 12-16-05, it had not been shipped, I called the same day and was told that it will go out and that they would expedite the order for 2 day shipping, Online status did not change, I called on 12-20-05 and was told it would be shipped on 12-21-05 for delivery on Friday 12-23-05...It did not Arrive, so I called them, told it did not ship but would go out monday 12-26-05....To late for flippen Christmas!!! I called again 12-27-05 I was told it will go out tomorrow and receive it 12-30-05!!!
I just got off the phone with them12-30-05... IT IS STILL IN THEIR WAREHOUSE for the love of Pete. I told them to cancel the order and not charge my credit card 12-30-05 at 5:00 MST
This business does not deserve to be a member of the BBB and certainly should not fly the BBB-online label. I am a very patient person as you can tell after being lied to several times. I am also a member of the BBB and know what good business practices are. Nextten does not qualify. I read their add in Smithsonian Air and Space of which I have been a charter member and subscriber. I will be forwarding a similar complaint regarding this company to them also.

"It has been three months since I placed this order. % pair of slioppers were on backorder and after repeated phone calls about delivbery I was finally told in mid Decedmber that they had come in. Alas, one one pair was shipped and I still do not have ther other 4 pair for which I paid. It is now Jan 5, and I am still trying to get the slippers even though I was told they would be shipped ASAP. Very poor service and follow through. Long wait times for customer service. Would not purchase from them or recommend them, despite the quality of the products."
"Frustrating company. I ordered a lamp 7 weeks ago, called 2 times about delivery, cancelled on October 17 and am still waiting for refund. My calls were apparently not recorded so I had to repeat my request each call. A horrible experience."
