"My original order was lost during the Holiday season. Contacted Next Day Power customer service and they send a second battery out no issue. Turns out due to mail overload the first battery delivered did deliver a month out. I contacted NDP customer service to see if they wanted the extra battery back and they said keep it! Bonus. Great experience - definitely recommend giving them a try."
"I had a problem with my laptop and took it to a repair specialist who said that I needed a new charger. Next Day Power had the charger for my laptop model, and I ordered it. It was sent immediately and was exactly what I ordered; however, the problem with the laptop was unrelated to the charger. Following return information, I contacted Next Day Power, explained the problem, and received a refund for the purchase. With this type of service, I will recommend Next Day Power and will use this service again when experiencing a problem with my electronics.

"I ordered a laptop power brick and the plug was smashed. They quickly responded to my product review about the experience and provided me with a full refund. Super quick turn around, and very much appreciated!"
"Fair price, accurate product description, and fast shipping. Exactly what you want when ordering online. "
"This charger for my laptop is better than the one that came in the box. Shipping was a hassle but not from their end. 10/10 would buy again (and ship to the right address the first time). "
"Next Day Power is an excellent seller. The Customer Service is awesome and they answered all of my questions in my email very quickly. Nice that they have 1 year warranty for their products. They are shipping me a replacement. Would definitely buy again. "
"I ordered a power cord for my Sony Vaio on Sep 21 after I accidentally left mine in Las Vegas. I emailed Next Day Power asking about it 3 days ago and I was told that it shipped on Sep 23. However, using the FedEx tracking number it only says that the label was created on Sep 23 and that the order will update "when the shipment begins to travel". I'm still waiting for an update and it's Sep 29! I've lost a couple of days on a consulting project because my computer is dead. My wife and daughter check the mail for me every day while I'm at work. I usually have good luck ordering things online (even on eBay!) ScamAdvisor.com said this website was legit and the "Google trusted store" emblem appears in the lower-right-hand corner. One more reason to use Amazon? I'm not sure how an online business survives when it can't be bothered to ship products after creating the label. I emailed them tonight asking them to cancel the order and refund my money but I'm not holding my breath. Do yourself a favor and avoid Next Day Power. I took a chance because the price was right and I got burned. At the very least they should change their name to "Next Week If You're Lucky Power.""
"Ordered a laptop battery (new) from them, took almost two weeks to go half way across the US despite them saying one week, but the thing that irritates me is that after getting the battery and attempting to charge it, the battery only charges to 63% which gives me about 1.5 hours of battery life. 40 bucks down the drain. Thanks Next Day Power for stealing my money."
"Next Day Power is false advertising. I ordered my power cord on June 28 and by July 10th I still don't have it. NextDayPower uses a second rate shipper before it goes to the USPS which causes confusion and extra time. The price was good but the delivery time isn't worth the few bucks I saved. The product might be wonderful but I have yet to get it in my hands. Sorry, I don't recommend this company."

"I ordered a battery from the site & received it a few days later. I plugged the battery into my macbook. It did not fit properly but close enough. The color also did not match perfectly. The computer works but the battery will NOT charge whatsoever. The computer battery status either says 'Not Charging' or does charge but the battery life never increases. The weight of the battery is also different from the replacement battery I got from the Apple store. Something is not right here and I wish I would have read the previous review earlier. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Trying to get a refund but have not heard back yet..."
"I am writing this review on day seven of my interactions with Next Day Power. First, do not be fooled by the name. I submitted my order for a MacBook Pro battery on a Tuesday evening. My credit card was charged immediately. By Thursday evening I still had nothing more than an order receipt acknowledgement that I got via email. I checked my order status via the web site repeatedly and it never changed from status: "Order Received". After two days with no updates I began to get a bit concerned and impatient. I emailed to the same address from which I received the order confirmation and asked them to cancel my order and refund to my credit card. About an hour later I got an email saying it was too late because it had already shipped. I was given a USPS tracking number that was not yet in the system for lookup. This made me suspect that perhaps it shipped after I sent the email. Sure enough, when it arrived a few days later the post mark was after I sent the request for cancel the order. Now that I had the battery I was happy and the total leapsed time wasn't so bad ignoring the lack of communication about status and shipping.
At least I was happy until I tried to use the battery. The first time I put it in the MackBook Pro and connected the power supply, I checked the battery status indicator on the side of the laptop. It blinked five times which according to Apple means the battery needs to be replaced. I followed the included instructions and left it to charge overnight with the power turned off. I did periodically check the status indicator to see if it was accumulating any charge and it never changed, always blinking five times.
So, I sent an email asking for a Return Authorization Code. The response I got never mentioned anything about a return but instead included additional tips on how to properly charge a new battery. I dutifully followed all of the suggestions but still could not get the battery to take any charge at all. So I askled a second time for anr RMA. At this point I am still waiting for the RMA number and it has been 7 days since I placed the order.
Update: Finally got RMA approval after 10 days and took another week to complete refund. Ultimately it cost me $5 in return shipping and I had to order from a different site."
