"These guys are all right. They do take a while to ship, so don't order from them if you need something urgently. They also take a while to respond to e-mail, but they do respond. My order took about a week to ship, but they did upgrade the shipping from ground to 3-day UPS for free, so the order did not really get delayed. Overall, I'm happy, especially given their selection and prices."
"Buyer beware. I ordered a bottom bracket that was listed as "In stock" and paid a hefty price to have it delivered overnight. Here I am still waiting for it. I contacted them to see what was the hold up and they replied that there is a difference in "In stock" and "In Stock", While I cannot see the difference, the former means that they have 3-4 day ship time, the latter means that they ship in 1 day."
"Worst customer service ever!!! I needed to make an exchange when buying a bike seat, contacted them and instead of working with me sent me a completely irrelevant email back stating why I was wrong about needing an exchange, The bike seat was too large for my frame and they said "well you shouldn't be able to touch the ground anyways". I ended up ordering the correct one and selling the other one on E-bay. I sent emails 6 days in a row after the first one that they sent me back and they were all ignored. When I tried to call their internet orders dept. the machine said that they were not accepting calls. What a run around! I will NEVER order from Niagara Cycle Works ever again!!!"
