"I have made two purchases from the Nic+Zoe web site. The first purchase qualified for additional Incircle Rewards. It took months and well over a dozen e-mail to get the rewards in my account. When I washed one of the items for the first time, it had a hole and it another dozen e-mails to facilitate a return. When I used the Incircle Rewards I had accumulated, rather than being applied to my total purchase, they were allocated to each individual item in my order (similar to a % discount). A week after placing the order, I received notification that some items would not ship (even though they were still available on the web site). The Incircle Rewards for those items were lost until I sent multiple more e-mails. In addition, the Incircle Rewards for any returned items were not refunded to my account. I finally just returned the last item I kept from the order and decided to be done giving money to a company that clearly does not value quality or customer loyalty. It is too bad because the jacket I returned was cute and probably would have gotten compliments and referrals to the brand, but the only experience I can report on is negative."
