"Careful of these bait and switch scumbags! I purchased an LG 65UF9500 tv set online and was upsold on the 10 bit panel vs 8 bit panel. After further research there is no "8 bit" version of this set and nice electronics cannot prove it(LG confirmed there is NO 8 bit version of this set). This is a way for them to squeeze more money out of you. The $300 dollar upcharge also came with expedited shipping, "white glove service" and 2 HDMI cables. None of these 3 things happened, so I called to figure out what the deal was. I was told the cables must have "fallen" out of the box. Shipping took 13 days after I ordered the set. The nylon band straps holding the box together were missing when the tv showed up (at this point I should have rejected the order). and the delivery guys were just dropping off the TV ( white glove service lol), no install or setup involved. Still waiting for the cables to show up over a week after complaining. Horrible customer service and borderline criminal behavior. The parting shot from these guys-"it's a beautiful TV have a nice day". Avoid these guys like a cess pit...

"Ordered an advertised television four weeks ago. Salesperson contacted me two days later to tell me that the unit I ordered is an older model with obsolete technology but offered to sell me a higher priced version. I declined and confirmed that I wanted the unit I ordered. Since then, I have had to make inquiries to get any order information and have been variously told that the television is being drop shipped or that the order is in "verification." We are now four weeks out.

Addendum 8/14/15: Alfred shipped out the TV today."
