"I ordered personalized bottle openers that were printed with a sexual condintation and when I called to get it fixed Kelly blamed me for the mistake and offered nothing to help. All she had to do is have me mail back the items and add 3 letters to them to correct “ my “ mistake. And obviously nothing will get the owners attention either. This is an untrustworthy co with 0 customer service. Even the BBB won’t support them!!! Must be an employee problem. "
"I ordered 300 frosted votives back in September. Heard nothing from them in 8 weeks. They charged my credit card immediately. When I asked what the status of my order was, I got a lame excuse that it was mailed and lost. Never got any shipping notice, so I do not believe their story. They went for re-print. The boxes were damaged, a few votives were broken. The font was different on the 2 lines. Looks bad. Every votive was coated in cheap powdery wax and each one needs wiped down inside and out. They were not packed well for shipment. When I reached out to nicepricefavors with my displeasure. I got no reply. BUYER BEWARE!! Never again!!!"
"I ordered Gold elephant candle holder favors for a bridal shower and was highly disappointed. When I ordered it said gold and looks gold in pictures. When the package arrived it was copper/bronze at best and the paper attached says antique gold. No where on the site does it say antique gold and it still is not an antique gold it is bronze/copper. I have a gold theme event not a Bronze event. In the process of returning this but please don't buy if you are expecting gold or any variation of gold. This has been a huge disappointment, huge inconvenience., frustrating and huge waste of my time. Pictures attached one in regular lighting and one in the sun. The picture in the sun looks like a shiny penny at best. and the other looks bronze/brown. They won't refund the shipping or restocking fee on a falsely advertised item. Do not buy from here. "
"Ordered 100 cross key chains. They looked nothing like the picture, total garbage quality. They wanted a 15% restocking fee and I had to pay for shipping. After arguing back and forth, they sent me a shipping label and waived the restocking fee. When it came to the refund, they shorted me the $14 shipping. The few dollars you think you are saving here is not worth it."
"Received broken glasses and customer service and packaging department ARE USELESS!. Do not use them. I've contacted the multiple times by email in regards to the refunding process no details were received. The only response I received was if FedEx picked up the package; however, I was never told that FEDex was even scheduled. I was then email to contact them in one or two days if FedEx doesn't drop by I question them to why I wasn't informed if FedEx was being schedule initially, no response. Looks like, I am stuck with glass broken items and which to my knowledge will not be returned or my money will not be refunded."
"I am extremely disappointed. I ordered the glass "LOVE" coasters: set of 4 and two of the four coaster were broken glass. How can I trust a company to ship me over 100 if they can't successfully ship me one pack of four? Also, the "Diamond ring" Keychain I got came is an already broken cardboard box, the top lifted right off and the back was all scratched and no longer black as if someone had already used it. I am very disappointed in these products."
