"I purchased an ATN Thor 4 thermal scope from these guys and the scope had major issues. tried calling them several times and all you get is an autamated system that transfers you to correct department, Only thing after being transfered and put on hold for 10 minutes or so rolls over to voicemail.. I finally sent an email, which is harder to explain in detail what is going on. After my 30 day return expired I got an email that they were contacting ATN for me. the next week I emailed them again. they were going to look into it. I finally got an RMA and sent mine back and got a new one in return, I contacted NVG by email, cause they don't answer their phone, and told them for 4300 bucks I had no confidence in the ATN and I wanted to return it for a refund and when the pulsar trail 2 xp50 came in stock that was what I was going to go with. Got an email back asking what my issues were???Hello go back and read the emails, they were attached. He told me that the 30 day return window expired and just to "open" the new one and try it. I told him that at 4300 I expected a lot better."
"This company is a joke a potentially fraudulent. After a week of emailing and calling about an order, they just cancelled the order. Their explaination are pathetic and they literally are incapable of problem solving. It's as though they don't want to run a business. Trust pilot is flooded with fake reviews. If you want a product within a month, AVOID THIS Company."

"So I ordered a couple of items thru them in December 30 2019. One item came 2 weeks later. The other item, well, it's 1/29/2020, and I still don't have it. Not to mention, the last correspondence I had with them, they told me on 1/13 it would be 7 business days before it would ship. Well, I emailed again on 1/23, and no response from them. Then I also emailed them again 1/25, and no response. I've tried to call them a couple of times now since 1/23, and you get their automated system, along with a long wait, and then the system tells you to leave a message or email them for a faster response.
What a joke that place is! After essentially a month, I received 1 item in my order, and it's the cheapest item. I'm guessing they are struggling financially, and don't have the inventory they say they do. I'm guessing i'm going to be out a nice chunk of money here.

"Total boiler room operation and a scam! Do not waste your money. I ordered an item and contacted the retailer several times only to be met with silence. After 3 emails I decided to contact them via phone. All the phone numbers on their website lead directly to a voicemail box after a long prompt. I should have known better based on the price. I definitely learned my lesson and everyone reading this should too. The 5 star reviews are probably friends and family or paid for. Don't get scammed! I have to make a police report, contact my credit card company and I'm out $3,100+."
"Pvs14 kit was not as pictured. I received a Carson Industries instead of the better L3 that was pictured. No mention in the specs what make the housing was so I had to assume it would be the same as the picture. It still works well, but I wouldve preferred what I thought I was buying"
"No other way to go than nightvisionguys. Spoke with Steven B. numerous times before making my decision on a thermal scope. He is very willing and able to help and really knows his stuff! When spending that kind of money you want to know everything about the product and he is without a doubt the guy to talk to. He told me it would be 4 weeks until my product shipped out but I really needed it sooner than that. Steven did everything he could to make it happen for me and I received my order in just under 3 weeks. Best customer service I have ever had with any kind of purchase!"
"Steven deserves top marks for his patience in helping me choose an NVG unit I would be happy with...and that was not easy since I could only buy a Gen2 export tube....and not the Gen3 or the Gen2 non export tube I really wanted. I purchased the exportable Gen2+NYX7 Pro HDi....which worked fine for me.
I get the impression he is hard working and puts his heart into his business....based on a few telephone calls I ended buying the NVG from him because I liked him, appreciated his help and decided I could trust him."

"Ordered night vision monocular advertised with 3 day shipping and web page said I would be sent a tracking number. Ordered on the 1st and didn't received an email with tracking number. So on the 5th when it didn't arrive, called the company and got their answering machine but never received a response call. On the 6th, sent an email and got the response back that they had been busy and the merchandise was shipped on the 5th. It arrived the 10th. So much for 3 day shipping or a timely answer to the status of the order. So refused the package and ordered elsewhere.
Will not order from this company again. "
