"UPDATE! They have decided to be a even more of a horrible sneaky company- they email me saying they have agreed to refund me the money I paid for the 48 damaged items to only go behind my back and give me a credit which I now only have the choice to use back on there company which have been nothing but stressful to deal with. I do not wish to support a company that has no respect for there customers and does not take responsibility for their faulty products! I don’t want to buy anything from them ever again and they have no right to change my refund to a credit without my consent. If they were a good company and they understood I am upset with the products and how things have been handled they would do the right thing and refund me the money I deserve. I will not stop until I get what I deserve a refund into my bank account on all 48 items!!!
and I would love to give them 0 stars if I could. I spent a lot of money with this company and received 48 damaged pieces that were stained, chipped, marks, poorly sprayed, incorrect items, incorrect colour items. I created a ticket as requested and sent all photos of the products to only be insulted and told they would only refunded me only 10% of 48 damaged pieces. They don't understand when you pay a product you expect it to be in good condition! I stuck with all these crappy pieces that should of never left the wear-house to begin with. That I am now unable to sell because no one is going to pay for a damaged product but apparently this company thinks it's okay to send faulty items to their customers. The customer service is terrible they talk short to you, they no care at all to try help you and almost try but the blame back on me. A product I received had a large hair sprayed into the clip which could not be taken out unless I wreaked the paint and they basically told me there was nothing wrong with this product and just to remove it. I will fight everyday until I get my full refund on these 48 damaged faulty items. Because people like that don't deserve to run a business if they are not going to take responsibility for the faulty items. Makes me sick! They will also say yes the products are DAMGED (to the point you can’t resell) but they will say it’s okay to use so you can only be refunded 10% of all the damaged items!!! What a absolute JOKE! this company should be fined for stealing peoples money "

"I bought over 200 phone cases at wholesale costs. 62 of them were poor quality and would not be bought by any of my customers. Each customer service person would send me to another person to contact and it was like I was going in circles getting nowhere. Two of the contacts ignored my messages and the remaining hopeful one closed my refund request ticket to where I could no longer speak to them either. They said the cases weren't broken so they were not normally not accepted unless broken but I could still send back...confusing. All I wanted was a return address to start return process and refund for the 3 cases I never received but no luck. I now have 62 useless cases I cannot sell AND a credit to my NIHAO account for several cases they didn't have in stock during shipment. I don't want the credit, I want my money. Its so sad it came to this, the remaining cases are great! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMER!!"

You have to demand a refund elsewise they only want to give a store credit and they conveniently don't give you your shipping back for the out of stock items. I'm still in battle to get $274.89Usd that they have not refunded. Please be careful of them. "
