"Do not. I repeat. Do NOT buy from this website, or any website that only has an email for contact information. This seller is located in China, not in NYC. There are multiple websites that is similar to this website which I can assume that it's run by the same person/company. Unfortunately for me, I bought a pair of shoes from them, and cancelled right after reading many negative reviews of this website which I should've done beforehand. I emailed them to refund my order, and this is how they replied,

"Hi friend:
We can cancel your order and your payment, but the refund will take 1-2 months to arrive in your account from the credit card company after we cancel it.
And it will cost 5% poundage.
Please make sure that.
Thank you."

Do not make the same mistake as I did. I still haven't gotten my refund, and they are no longer replying to my email."

"Completely fraudulent seller. I naively paid by credit card (in full) for a pair of Timberland boots costing US$110. The seller contacted me to say they considered ME to be fraudulent! They have kept my payment, not sent my boots and will not respond to emails. Despite the implication of the seller's name, they are not based in the US, they are based in China and should obviously be avoided at all costs."
