"Bought refurb lens, didn't work at all. Tried to return online but it said "server down".
Called to return, been getting transferred to multiple operators and put on hold, I've been on the phone for 35 minutes so far. Still on hold at the time. Impossible to believe this is Nikon's USA store. They just told me I can't return it because I opened the box (which was not even a factory box, it was a plain cardboard box for refurbs. (UPDATE: They did accept the return) "
