"After placing an order with a credit card the card wasn't charged but in days I had other fraudulent charges. I believe this website is a front for credit card number phishing. Beware."
"I ordered a bathtub through them on the Sears website. Two weeks after I placed my order, it was cancelled with no explanation. I only knew it was cancelled because I was checking my Sears account for tracking info and it showed a refund. I called the number given for them on the Sears website, but it was a completely different company! The address was also wrong. I searched the internet for a long time to find this company under a slightly different name on Facebook. I called, e-mailed, and Facebook messaged them to find out about my order, but no one ever responded. I don't think this is a real company!"
"I ordered a crib from this company and have yet to receive a confirmation regarding my order. I have called a dozen times trying to get a hold of someone. But yet there transaction is pending through my bank and I have no idea if this company even exists. I've emailed them and called over and over. My next step is to dispute this charge with my bank due to fraudulent company skims and turn them into BBB. Terrible customer service. I'm seriously thinking this company is a fake. "

"I bought a whiskey decanter set on Sears site that was fulfilled by nilimahome.com. When the item arrived, the decanter was not wrapped at all in the thin cardboard box and had a hole in the bottom (in addition to being awful quality-crude seams up the sides of the glasses). I contacted Nilimahome.com via email and they said they would accept a return, but included no details on how I should proceed. I requested additional info and their reply, which came 4 days later, was that I would have to pay return shipping AND a 10% restocking fee! For an inferior AND defective product!
This item is also sold on Amazon and Bed, Bath & Beyond and has received multiple, horrible reviews as it is not as described. I would not order anything through nilimahome.com as their products are awful and their customer service is even worse."
"My 10 X 13 rug came in a box not rolled! I contacted them and have not received a reply yet.
I ordered it on Nov.26 and it came on Dec. 17 with lots of emails to see where it was. I received a tracking number the day before it arrived. I do not recommend this company as their customer service is not reliable and the rug is so bent, it will take weeks or maybe months to lay flat. Hopefully someday it will. I would return the rug but I can't get them to respond."
"Absolutely horrible customer service. When you try to call there customer service line it will play awful hold music until finally releasing the call. Or something to that effect, in fact nothing happens the hold music will simply stop leaving you with no one on the other end!
Called there number multiple times, based off a back order. I ordered these blinds a month ago, and still have not received them yet! In fact I'm not even sure this is a legitimate business??"
