"I purchased some mask from them and when I received them I was a little surprised. The mask in the video is not the mask I received. I would not recommend buying these mask unless your purpose is to use it as a cover for your real mask. The mask are as thin as paper. Your better off just using a bandanna. Just imagine you take the thinnest cheapest shirt you have, cut it into the shape of a mask and make two slices on the sides for your ear to go through and that's what you will get. "
" I have shirts I bought at the $1 store that are of better quality. This company only allows reviews on their website that they approve of. I am a verified buyer with an account, and when I try to leave a negative review it never goes on the website. They screen all of them, that I why all the reviews are 5 stars, duh!! This company is absolutely ripping TRUE AMERICANS off. The material they use comes from the cheapest sweat shop factory in China. This terrible company needs to be called out publicly on this matter. If anyone wants to get together and do something really meaningful about this, please get the ball rolling cause I am in.
Seriously their product is absolute garbage. The shirts I bought were $27 for made in China garbage, Just because they sew the fabric into a t-shirt here in the US, they call it "American made", and charge more $ for it here, total scam in my opinion.
I have a beard and after wearing their cheap product only one day the color looked like Swiss cheese, frayed material from my beard is so bad the shirt looks like it's a few years old. I tool out Quiksilver, and Hurley t-shirts I have owned for years and none of them are frayed at all. This material is the cheapest garbage I ever owned. It's really really bad. This family is ripping us off. "
"I've been a donor for a couple years; I receive the shirts (thin and poor quality), and have many many of the beverage wraps_ I have requested twice to end my subscription and heard nothing. There is no option to do so online. I am 100% USA... but this is uncalled for; it appears they lock you in and when you attempt to unsubscribe, they disappear. Very bad business. "
"Look at the reviews here. Wouldn't have touched this brand with a 10 foot assault rifle. Now they have gone out and partnered with ex Navy Seal Cpo Gallagher to sell his line of cheaply made Chinese crap. Gallagher is a psychotic killer who was credibly accused of targeting innocent civilians on killing rampages while serving in Iraq. Gallagher should be in prison, not holding hands with Trump at Mara-lago acting as a political tool and getting rich off some crappy Chinese made clothing. Nine Line apparel is just another grift trying to capitalize on some misled false patriotism. Don't fall for it. "
"Ordered heathered gray beanie, came in with all gray and looked nothing like picture. My package promised before xmas and was not delibered till 11/26/19. Also ordered a very thin hoodie, stitching was bad and not stitched in places. 2nd time ordering from them. Will never again. Buyer beware. "
"I have been a customer for years. The only good quality shirts I ever got was when they first started in the old warehouse. Now they have a new store front but cheap, terrible materials that do NOT fit correctly. I decided to try one last time to be completely disappointed AGAIN. I placed an online order that took ridiculously long to fill and they left out a shirt that I ordered and paid for"
"Absolutely TOP KNOTCH!! I like that my T-Shirt is made to order, so I dont mind if it takes 10 days for me to receive it. 6 shirts and 1 jacket so far. I love what this company is about, and that its veteran owned, and operated. "
"You pay $1 extra for made in the USA, but he shirts are made from foreign materials! Horrible quality material. I got to pay shipping to be disappointed and aggravated. Thought I was supporting fellow veterans, but was just ripped off by them. "
"Do not order from Nine Line if you need an order quickly. I paid for three day shipping and got it weeks later. They send your order to production once it is placed and then it sits until they’re ready to make it. Then it will be shipped. I will not order again. "
"Ordered over 100$ worth of items... non of them were on special order... sent email to see where products where because it had been 6 days with no shipping email from them. Customer service was rude... did nothing but say 3 to 7 days if I read the website I would know that. It was the 10th day still not shipping email so emailed again... finally returned my email 4 days later to tell me it was delivered the day before... advise to owners.... word of mouth can make or break you... your customer service as well as quality of products need help!"
"If you have to cancel your order, beware. It's like pulling teeth to get your money refunded. Do yourself a favor - read all the reviews first, and then take your money elsewhere..."
"I ordered over $100 in shirts for my wife in large and every shirt fit her as a small. I went to their site for return info and entered my order number and it says there is no order with that number so I finally called and no answer then I wrote an email with all my info and still no response. This has been since October 25th. I never got a packing list or invoice. Do not buy from this company. False advertising and cheap material for expensive prices. "
"Fairly quick shipping but the shirt was cheap, thin, very poor quality."
"Super cute went with black and white. Just ordered two sleeveless tees. Can't wait to receive them. "
"I purchased $100 worth of items. I overlooked the order fulfillment time on their website so i sent them an email. They responded they were a "made to order" company and allow 5 to 7 business days. On the 7th business day the status changed to "shipped" and gave me a tracking number. 2 days later USPS still had not received the package. After reading other reviews, it seems their standard practice is to print the label, so the status changes. I thought i ordered in time to get before father's day. Guess it will be late. I hope at the least the quality is good. As a veteran i hate to negatively comment against a veteran owned business, but come on guys!"
