"I purchased 2 bolts and 2 nuts for roughly $5 paid another $11 for expedited shipping, my package took a week to go out the door and was sent with a non expedited shipping method that would only cost less than $5. I checked the price and shipping times/services if i was to send them this package and the option they chose was the slowest / cheapest option, not by any means expedited. they also took several days after item had arrived in stock before sending out the door. Purchased Sunday, and item arrived the follow Monday 8 days after purchase, I live 40miles away... and needed it for the weekend. Reached out to them for resolution and they insisited the shipping option they chose is expedited... yet it is the slowest, cheapest, most economical option that cost less than half of what I paid for shipping... Make profit on items, not on shipping costs... "

"I had ordered some parts from this reseller with the wait time of "4 to 10 business days". After 21 days (15 business days), the parts were not shipped, no notification from the company, no e-mail communication. My e-mails with questions about the order status went unanswered. After calling them today, they said that they didn't have the parts and they also didn't have any prediction of shipping these parts.
Stay away from this company for their bad business practices. "
