"Part arrived in packaging that was damaged. Was hesitant to use it but went ahead and paid a Nissan dealer to install it. After installation part would not work. Called and asked for help and was told all you could do was replace or refund. No help with labor from you. Now I am out a big labor bill with Nissan for labor and still no truck to use. I have pictures of package the way it was received. As my title said, I AM NOT HAPPY. Will not use again."

"This coming from a former Nissan Technician. If you’re looking for parts for you Nissan, I would recommend this site 1000%. I have a stable of Nissans and finding parts have never been an issue when I found this site. My 2012 Sentra SE-R Spec V has almost 250k miles on her, and still going strong. Yes OE parts are expensive but you know the product you’re getting. I would rather pay the premium on an OEM part that I know will fit and give me 5 to 10 years of serviceability, than getting an aftermarket part that may last a year or two if that. Especially when it comes to electronic parts. I’ve ran into issues using aftermarket sensors faulting out shortly after performing a repair. I tell my customers to go with OEM as often as you can to save on the headache of having their vehicle back in the shop. If the OE part lasted a decade, replace it with OE. There’s an old saying buy once, cry once. Thank you NPD for keeping my vehicles and my customers’ still on the road. "

The only aspect of my recent purchasing experience that wasn't 100% wonderful was the shipping and handling charge adding almost another 50% of my parts total. But, I suppose that just goes to show how great of a deal they offer. In example, my local Nissan dealership wanted $44 for a PCV valve, but here on NPD I was able to get the valve as well as the blow by hose for the same price!"
