"Possible fraud. Before making my payment, I received quick frequent correnspondences with NiwaCity customer service. But after payment of $1300, when I simply asked for a tracking number (since none was provided either through email or on their website's order-status service) I had not received a response--for 5 business days now and counting.
I tried to call customer service but only got a
recorded message that said "Thank you for calling.
Goodbye." and hangs up. Very suspicious.
Also, they only accept e-gold as payment (not any credit cards) so that if I have lost my money, it is not insured or guaranteed in any way.
I may be overreacting since my product might still appear in the next few days. But the very suspicious non-responsiveness of their customer service after my purchase is still cause for anyone to be wary. I wanted to warn people of this before it was possibly too late.
