"Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our church found it necessary to utilize live streaming outlets and for that, we needed the correct equipment. After some online searching, I ran across your company and called customer service. All my questions were answered and then some. What the first CSR didn't know he referred me to another more specifically knowledgable sales rep. What he didn't know he referred me to the rep for the vendor of the camera itself! Phenomenal...that was teamwork in action. I know I've missed some names but DeWayne and Robert Watson were amazing. Further recognizing our need for the equipment and accessories made relevant and affordable suggestions that we took and then expedited our order so we could have it in time for Sunday's service. We received everything in 5 business days' time which is no small accomplishment. I called today to check the status on the tripod and again received great service from Max and his assurance that he would follow up. If the consistency of service, products & pricing continue you have a customer for life. Thanks so much!

"BUYER BEWARE! There are plenty of horror stories about this org's service and quality - just look past "pricing." Multiple emails w/zero reply. weeks and weeks to return defective products (through the MFG). Even offered to buy a NEW one to get the product asap - return the old - ZERO RESPONSE to multiple emails. Impossible to find them as a legitimate organization on LinkedIn or anywhere else "besides their website showing a picture of a large team of staff" - it's impossible to get anyone (besides 1 guy) on the phone, much less find anything about their company or management team. All this with a published pledge to "provide exceptional service to answer all your questions and provide you with the best solution for all your photo, video and electronics needs." SERIOUSLY!? DO NOT BUY HERE!

"Bought a canon Eos R on black friday, the price was the best I could find online. As of today, december 10th, the camera hasn't even been shipped yet. I reached out multiple times through email and whatsapp for the past 3 days asking for a tracking number. They responded ONCE saying the camera ETA was 7 days to get here. Today I finally emailed them saying I was gonna cancel the order with my bank if they didn't send me a tracking number. I got a responde with a cancellation invoice for refund. I responded asking why were they cancelling the order instead of sending me the tracking number and they called me saying the camera is backordered and would take like 21 days to get here unless I wanted to pay 180 dollars for faster shipping then it would be here in 2 days. then they sent me a quote for the "new price" which is pretty much the same price on amazon or other websites.
Bottom line, I wasted almost 2 weeks waiting for a camera that was never even dispatched. Now I gotta wait for the refund to go through my bank so I can buy it from somewhere else. By now I wasted so much time I'll be forced to buy from sellers that offer faster delivery and pay even moer than I would normally.
This is probably the worst experience I've had buying anything online."
"At first, I was very skeptical about the price of the projector. I was concerned they were sending me a refurbished. Then I got even more worried and concerned as the change on my credit card came from a completely different company.
