"I was left with mixed feelings: good prices, telephone support, fast shipping. But two of the items were not what I expected. In one case they intentionally shipped me the wrong product and in the other the product I received was a knockoff of a brand-name equivalent. If you do business with them be sure to check the wording in their product listings very carefully and also check the shipment equally carefully because they felt entirely justified in these business practices.

My order for some cable adapters was unilaterally changed by them. They claimed they did so because they thought that I wanted them for another purpose so in effect they were telling me that they knew what I wanted better than I. If that was the case then an email or phone call would have been appreciated before making such an assumption. One can imagine other explanations which castes them in an even more unfavorable light.

The situation with the cpu cooler i ordered also left me with a bad taste in my mouth. They list a CPU cooler which they call the Dominator and which looks just like and has exactly the same specs as the OCZ Dominator which I thought I was purchasing. It is listed adjacent to other genuine OCZ cpu coolers. The cooler I received was not made or even packaged/distributed by OCZ. In fact the manufacturer does not even call it a Dominator. When I called, Noble Computers, they said that if I read the listing carefully I would see that OCZ was never actually mentioned. Further they claimed that they were free to call the product by any name they chose and they chose to call it a Dominator. They also stated that it was made by the same company which makes them for OCZ and to the same specifications but upon closer inspection one can see that is not the case. "

Had to look for a CPU and mainboard replacement for a colleague.

I saw a few bad comments but did some research. Noble is a different company and on the money.

These folks understand the most important part of any transaction: customer service.

Ordered an ECS mainboard and Athlon CPU and it would not POST. One quick call to Phil at Noble and a short chat and I had an RMA.

What really stunned me is how quickly they shipped a replacement, and that the tech, a lad named Bill, added a personal note indicating what he had done and notred he had tested the board and CPU before shipping.

All I can say is there are far too many DOA's these days but that is not the fault of the vendor. It's what happens after that counts.

Noble has me as a customer now if they keep up the great service.
