"We ordered a Big Bobby Car - Item was not in stock. We got an e-mail that the item is on backorder, will be there at the end of August. We got another email that the item already left germany and should be there before the end of the months. I contacted the costumerservice about a week ago - no answer. E-mailed again few days ago - no answer. emailed couple days again- no answer. My husband called the number yesterday - "Number temporary unavailable"
I'm really dissappointed and mad - we thought it will be a trustfull store because they offering paypal. Well - we hope we gonna have an answer soon and get the bobbycar. Luckily we paid with paypal, so hopefully it will be not a big problem to get the money back.
Customerservice really worse!!!! I believe now its a ripoff page and a big joke - Unbelieveable, makes me really mad!

"I bought a Tall Queen (12-drawer) Platform Storage Bed from Noizylady.com. It cost me $629.99 US. The bed (parts) were completed warped and therefore, the bed could not be assembled. When I contacted Noizylady about this, she informed that 30 days has passed and she will not help us at all."
